Geniuses have predicted that in about five billion years, the sun will completely engulf the planet, bringing the world, and the economy, to a grinding halt.
An anonymous economics masters degree holder from instantdegrees.com told the Underachiever “An event like this would probably lead to a 1929 style crash.” He added, “You could expect the dow to plummet, probably followed by a rapid increase in temperature.”
When asked exactly how the general public could be able to protect themselves from this he responded that “It would probably be a good idea to convert your assets into something more tangible like gold and silver sooner rather than later. You could also try converting your assets into something with a higher melting point in order to withstand the thermal and economic pressures of the rapidly expanding sun.”
The sun did not respond immediately when reached out for comments on this matter.
